  1. Prize Claim Conditions:                Odds of being selected as a potential winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the “Contest Period”. Selected Qualifier(s) will be contacted via phone. Selected entries which are incomplete, illegible, mutilated, altered, reproduced, forged, irregular or fraudulent in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are automatically void and another entry will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries.  If the selected Qualifier cannot be contacted within three (3) business days following the date that the Sponsor initially attempted to contact the selected Qualifier, another Qualifier will be randomly selected and the initial selected Qualifier will be disqualified and will have no recourse against the Sponsor or anyone else involved in the Contest.

Each selected Qualifier must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question to be administered on the date that the Qualifier attends 10 Dundas East to claim his/her prize.  The selected Qualifier must provide proof of eligibility, if requested. If the selected Qualifier fails to satisfy the above criteria, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select another Qualifier from the remaining eligible entries (who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner).  The Winner will be announced online (www.10dundaseast.com, www.facebook.com/10dundaseast, www.twitter.com/10DundasEast and www.instagram.com/10dundaseast) once the terms and conditions set out in this Section 5 of these Official Rules have been satisfied.
