Revised Food Court Operating Hours

Monday - Friday 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Effective 12:01am on September 22, 2021, patrons of 10 Dundas East who would like to use the food court seating area are required to show proof of vaccination with a Health Canada approved COVID-19 Vaccine or combination of such vaccines with limited exceptions (e.g., medical exemptions, children under 12, etc.) before being seated.

Patrons are not required to show proof of vaccination for take out services.

We encourage you to check with individual retailer(s) directly prior to visiting the mall as not all tenants may be observing even further modified hours in order to adhere to new regulations for physical distancing, occupancy levels, and other health and safety practices to be implemented within the stores. Shopping Guidelines & Safety Measures:

Your health and safety are our top priority and we are taking the appropriate steps to protect our customers, tenants and employees. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and implemented new disinfecting measures within the common areas and additional staff will be posted in the lobby to assist visitors to the mall. When you arrive, you will notice new signage and floor markings at entrances and throughout the common area promoting both health & safety awareness and providing details as to how to navigate the mall.

We ask that you follow these guidelines when visiting our Shopping Centre to keep everyone safe. If you are sick, please stay home.

Mall Entrances – All doors have been designated as either “Enter Only” and “Exit Only” in order for traffic to flow smoothly.
Physical Distancing – Visitors are reminded to practice physical distancing by remaining 2 meters (6 feet) apart at all times.
Mandatory Face Coverings – All patrons visiting 10 Dundas East are required to wear a face mask or face covering that covers the nose, mouth and chin at all times.

Hand Sanitizer Stations – Hand sanitizing stations have been situated at all entrances to the mall. We ask that you avoid contacting hard surfaces wherever possible and that you sanitize your hands frequently and thoroughly.
Elevators – With the exception of those in a wheelchair or with a stroller, we ask that you use the escalators instead of the elevators. If you do need the elevator, please wear a face mask and adhere to the maximum capacity of two (2) people at a time in order to maintain physical distancing.
Washrooms – Our washrooms are open to the public at this time during the following hours:
- Monday - Friday 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
- Saturday - Sunday 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Food Court – Food court seating is currently open with capacity limits for patrons that have shown proof of double vaccination.

Restaurants – Jack Astor’s and Spring Sushi are open for indoor and patio dining. Both adhere to new regulations for physical distancing and occupancy levels. Reservations are recommended.
